"I recently moved to Arizona from another state because of a new job and a major life change. This is my first time moving away from home, starting a new career, and living in a different state, so naturally, I’ve been nervous about a lot of things. Heck, I was even nervous about calling my insurance company, and I work in law enforcement! At the end of the day, I’m still human.

From the moment I spoke with Annel, I felt completely at ease. They went above and beyond, not just to get to know me as a customer, but to actually get to know me as a person and understand what I needed.

By the end of our conversation, I was saving over $150 while actually getting better coverage. More importantly, they took the time to explain my policy so I truly understood what I was paying for, what coverage I had, and what I had been missing out on. I learned more about my insurance during this one conversation than I ever had with my previous agent.

As a first responder, our job is to help people and make them feel safe, sometimes without even receiving a simple thank you. During this experience, the roles were reversed, I was the one who felt taken care of and reassured during a major transition in my life.

"I had 2 cars and rental insurance with them. A lady backed into my car in a parking lot and even her insurance carrier put her at fault. State Farm put me at fault until I called and complained. My insurance lady was like oh the other insurance company and I agreed you were both at fault. Then she changed it. Gabriel in the office was rude sometimes. She also refused to send my insurance cards. I was only allowed once to talk to Martin Armijo. He was nice, but he hurt his back was always excuse. I would not recommend this company."

"Very rude they act like you’re an inconvenience to them when you need to have your insurance needs served. Filed a formal complaint with State Farm over the phone my policy is a mess thanks to this place I suggest you go elsewhere instead of dealing with this negligent place. "I have home insurance with State Farm Martin Armijo San Luis AZ office , but made a wind loss claim . They did pay the claim but now that I want to rent my house they won’t sell me Landlord insurance . An agent Alina had told and assured me that it was going to be possible to get the insurance and already given me a quote. When the paperwork was sent to the main office it was denied. I asked the reason and they said the claim was the issue!"
